I have made a map in fpsc and had it loading up in darkbasic pro my problem is with collisions the player could go through walls an objects from fpsc.

I was suggested and given code using with the command sc_setupobject/ and other simailar starting with sc.. for my game.

This did not work the sc_setupobject could not be understood..

I have taken code (someones working game) from the codebase which i guess works for them and uses sc_setupobject.. but when i run it, i get the error cannot understand command.

I can't put my finger on what might be wrong, any suggestions?

Thanks

You probably don't have the plugin for the collision dll. SC_SetupObject() uses an external set of commands from a plugin you have to download. Here's the official thread:

If you are setting your level up as one object I would use sc_setupcomplexobject()
