I need some hints on how to make simple message boxes, with a list of responses to choose from, similar to the bog standard windows message boxes.

I have stored all the box titles, box text, and button text in data strings, then loaded them into an array.

but I`m not sure where to go from here ?
just some hints / simple code ideas, cos I want to work out the most for my self, I just need a good starting point.
