looks nice
DB probably doesn't have the 2D power, but any chance of adding veiws?
don't mean like DBpro just adding different cameras for veiwing as they're perspective. Mean Orthagonal Veiws with wireframes of the world ... i always find that the easiest way to edit things having a Left,Front,Top Veiws + the 3d to see the results

Yes but 3DMapEditor is for the moment , compiled with DBv1.
then I can't make 4 views ( that should become too slow. )

When It will be compiled under DBPro , I will get a try . . . and if result are satisfied , then It will be used.

here is the last snapshot before the next release :
The new look is now finished .
Just matrix must be finished . . .

Yeah .
the program is 2 langages :
- 100% french ( my native langage )
- 100% english translated ( with potentially some errore , eyh ! I'm not perfect )

Also the program is shareware ( 9.5$ )
But a demo is available tha can allow to save maps with :
- maximum of 128 , 3D objects ( mixed primitives , .x , .3DS , .3Dsound(.wav) , lights )
- maximum of 16 "Action zones"
- maximum of 4 matrixes.

lol i kinda like when the french use english - they stick with french syntax, sometimes its more understandable and most english speakers

yeah as i noted above - db would be too slow so perhaps dbpro, just wondered if you considered them due to the ease.

why $9.50? ... seems odd as that'd be about the same in €
i never got why people do that, like $9.99 - i mean sod it why not say its $10.00 i think peeps have caught onto the tactics of this by now

I know DBv1 is not fast for 2D graphics but 3DMapEDitor run very well on my Athlon 1.2Ghz GF2TI.
