Just a little update on findings. I use V17 and it worked fine on XP. When I upgraded to Win 7 Pro. I cant host an have others join me any more. Win 7 uses TCP/IP V6 only and I think this is written for TCP/IP v4 only. Think we can get a update to support both v4 and v6 for TCP/IP? That should fix the hosting issue.

Tested this theory with several people and anyone on Vista or higher has trouble hosting.

Ive used windows 7 and vista and had no problems hosting a game as they both still use tcp/ip v4.

You must make sure that all ports are open to 2303 also make sure windows firewall has rules to have these ports open as well.

If you still have problems a good program to use is Port Forwarding wizard but u do have to buy this software but you can try it for free.

Ahh opening port 2303 should be something you can do your self no fansy tool needed. Just go to your router and open the port there and open the port of the firewall. Anyway thanks for letting me know the Defult Port number, Ill give it a shot an see if it fixes the issue. Thanks.
