OK, first off - apologies to the mods. In no way did I mean to imply that all of you are neglecting the forums out of no particular reason - I just wanted to know what was going on lately and if any mods were still 'out there'. I felt like I almost got flamed by others because of what I said - sorry again.

Secondly, I wanted to continue a few thoughts on the pirate thread, yet didn't get the chance since it was locked.

I know they do - I'm not trying to get them to take care of a problem on my website (why do you people think I'm just trying to make others take care of 'my' problems?). He most likely is a pirate of TGC products, so I felt it was necessary for TGC to know that this was going on. And in NO way did I have the intention of 'attacking the mods here'. I respect them and their own daily lives as I also know that life can be very hectic most of the time (and people started telling me that mods have lives too as if I don't even know or care). To be completely honest, I was having depression symptoms for the previous 1 and a half months or so - hence my long absence from here, so don't even tell me things like that as if I don't know.

This, again, isn't a problem on my site - nor is it a problem on TGC's site. I'm saying that it's a problematic user who we can both take care of very easily (Ban on my site, ban/tracking on here).

I felt that the user was still implying piracy of one (or more)of TGC/TGC sponsored products (being model packs and a product [FPSC]). Therefore, I felt it was indeed the appropriate action to report this to a moderator on the TGC forums to keep further harm from being conducted.

Sorry about the email, I did email it to the email provided in your forum profile - is it incorrect?

And I think that a user wanting to pirate something of TGC copyright is already solid enough evidence that he (most likely not a she - no sexism intended) would or would want to pirate a TGC product. Shouldn't TGC take action? It is indeed their product that has been/will be pirated, so why not 'get rid of' that pirate?

Mods, if you would kindly please leave this open a little longer than the other thread so I can get some further responses.

If you have proof of anyone pirating TGC software then you have to provide hard evidence or nothing can be done by anyone.

Moderators can take actions appropriate and relative to users of TGC forums only. We have no powers outside of the boards. Here however we do not welcome such behaviour, nor the perportrators of such behaviour and that is enough said you can read into that what you wish.

How TGC respond to such is a matter for them alone to decide.

If you have any evidence then you should provide it to the correct authorities.

Dont know how to spell it out any clearer. If it is a matter within the bounds of FPSC Moderators to manage then I am sure they will do so if they feel it appropriate.

Otherwise its not a matter for them and you should direct your approaches elsewhere.

It is correct for users to speak up when they beleive such inappropriate behaviours are taking place and we thank you all for your continued vigillence in these matters, however suspicion and implication is not enough.

Proof of actual Pirating having been or being carried out or intent to do so is required even for Moderators to take such submissions seriously. Neither TGC or Moderators can consider any action based upon anything less.
