I got this error d3drm.dll is missing when I tried to run DarkMATTER and 3d Card Reset and Dark Basic. Anyway this is how I solved it, and how others should fix it. I uploaded the d3drm.dll and instructions to my megaupload account...

this file "d3drm.dll" is needed for DarkMATTER and 3d card reset and darkbasic. if you get an error message about the program can not start because file d3drm.dll is missing. that means that you have either windows vista or windows 7. use the search bar at the start menu search for the executable right click and select open file location. paste this dll in the same folder as the executable that said that the file is missing. restart the program and it should work fine. that is what I did and my programs work now.

This is the file. I scanned it with Avast! and it came up clean and I have not had any problems with it at all..

Yes that sorts out any old DB Classic apps working on modern OS(newer than xp) in fact.
