Hi, that would take a long time to make a decent Planet Earth texture, I doubt you will get it free.

What resolution do you want? The image Phaelax linked you to has "more resolution" then your posted image just as you requested.

Yeah, the exact image CANNOT be done by anyone in the world. EXACT down to the last pixel. Just go google another one.

if you pay for it i believe someone will try, but it still wont live up to ur expectations, as eminemt stated, the exact same image cant be done in hirez out of a low rez. It works the other way, hi-rez to low-rez, but not low-rez to high-rez.

I say u stop watching CIA right about now =)

...total google time...20s. You can easily create the image above using a simple sin equation. Or use a shader. I'm pretty sure the cartoon shader will allow you to use both maps to create that effect.
