Lets get straight to the point :

1) Is it possible to have a saved Variable in a multiplayer game?

Ex snippet for PB mod:

Ex:

2) How do Animations work? and what file do they use if it was a gun?

Ex:
(A part of the gun spec for the colt 45 from v118)

3) Is it possible to make a flashlight WITHOUT upping the ambience?

4) Kind of off topic but, If the entire world would go on a Free-For-All, every nation against nation, who do you think would win? (Remember, NO NUKES)

Unhelpful Titles

Please do not simply write "Noob Question", "I am a newb", "One Noobie Question", "A question", "Please help", "This isn't working" or anything similar as the title of your post. We have a search facility, and meaningless titles do not help others find answers to their questions. It will also help you to get quicker responses if people have an idea of your thread content.

You can save variable values and load them again in the stock FPSC using some of the new commands I've made for the GUI system.
It will allow you to make, load and save variables at any point during your game and do things accordingly.

The commands:

makesvar=(variable name) (variable value) (setup.ini line)
Makes a new 'setup' variable with a name, default starting value and the line in 'setup.ini' it will save the value to and load the value from.
The line can be an existing line in 'setup.ini' or a new line.

readsetupline=(variable name) (setup.ini line)
Reads the value from a line in 'setup.ini' and gives the variable the value found.

setsvarvalue=(variable name) (new value)
Sets the value of a 'setup' variable to the value given.

setsvarline=(variable name) (setup.ini line)
Sets the 'setup.ini' line the variable saves to for the variable with the given variable name.

savesvars
Saves the values of all 'setup' variables to the correct lines in 'setup.ini'.
If the lines do not exist in 'setup.ini' then it adds them automatically.

svarequal=(variable name) (value)
Checks to see if the value of a setup variable matches the value given.

An example:

The above example will make a 'setup' variable called VHS with the default value of 0 and the line 'vhsline=' in 'setup.ini'.
It then reads the line 'vhsline=' from 'setup.ini' and gives the variable the value found.
It then sets the value of the variable to 50 and then saves the variable back to ;setup.ini;.

1) Most likely only by writing to a file, and reading from it, maybe the save file or something like that.

2) The animations are a part of the model file (the .x file) itself.

3) I am looking into doing this for nightvision, where the light follows the player, and then can be turned on and off via the n key, however, i dont know if it can be done.

4) Off topic, yes. I think one of the large powers like america or russia.
