So i need to texture different parts of an object different textures. they tell me to use texture limb, but i need the object to be a solid object, so how do i break it into limbs???

If your object, is gonna be solid, you can apply differents textures to it in your 3D program. You could do it as well in dark basic pro, but according to your cuestion, I`m not sure if you will do it... I have done it with vertes data.

See id do in dbpro, my 3d modeler doesnt allow very good texturing at all...
