first of all i have fpsc x10
and i know this is x9 chat, but in x10 chat no one helps me.

I would like the know how to change the HUD where it says
"Lives, Health, Air."
i can't figure out how, if you know please post.

ALSO, i would like to know if it is possible to have a thing like
in bioshock 2 or halo 3 where u can see the edges to your helmet
on the sides of the screen i would like to know how if it is.

example picture: you can see it in the corners of the screen.

I don't want to come of rude, but posts need to have a title that another new person can search for in the future, if they are having the same problem or similar.

Now to help with your problem. To add a hud is simple, but you will need to either add it in the setup.fpi or use a script to do so. By the sound of your post title you just want a quick fix, so here is a post just for what you want a bioshock hud and scripts.

If you are not looking for a quick fix, I would try the search box at the bottom of this page and type in " huds " . You might be surprised at what might pop up.

Since I only use x9, you need to experiment with the setup.fpi, by say changing the lives hud to your selected hud.
