FPSC Classic Product Chat / V17 wont work

i had v18 but i wanted to install 17.so i have installed it.it worked.a friend on steam asked to play TF2.so we played.after that the server is crashed.both our pcs're crashed.so i have rebooted he system and FPSC wont work!
what i can do?
