Hi all,

I'm trying to run a simple dark basic program.

I know it runs a diff machine, but on mine it crashes when it tries to run the executable.

I have a PII 450 winxp box, voodoo3 16mb, and 224mb ram
i have directx 9.0b installed (8 didnt work either)

I tried installing the udpate for dbpro, but it doesn't install correctly, dont know why that doesn't work either.

any help would be awesome ..

the error message when installing the update is:

Runtime error 1507: Display using 32bit is not supported by available hardware at line 0.

When i run the executables - winxp just closes the window

For a start - Voodoo3 ???
Next what graphics mode are you using - in addition, use 16-bit mode.
