Do you mean you want to access the compiler through dark basic? If so, that's possible, but it's against the license, so you wouldn't be allowed to.

Mabey he is talking about BlueIDE? It seems to have it's own plugin system, but I have never really looked into what it is used for...

You can create an Editor for DBPro using MS visual studio designer.

But I think what he is looking for is a replacement for the Default IDE. yes or no ??

well from that image above which he posted (which is basically impossible to see as its so small), it looks like he is talking about the plugins that you find when you are in the default IDE, goto 'Tools', 'Plugin Manager...'
..I havent used it and am not 100% certain of what its for..
