I would imagine any dongle would work. From my limited experience, a dongle is just storing a key, password if you like. As long as the program can see the dongle and read the code from it all is well. Not sure about DB working with one though, probably if not as standard, then with an addon.

With the enhancements pack text to speech capabilities, if someone makes an executable out of it, will it work on someone elses computer even if they don't have the voices and API installed on it?
