Hay here is savana grass i created (1000 pol.) no lag i have win vista, 2gb ram core2dio(2gb"200X10)

1000 polies! you could achieve a grass effect with a plane if you just used transparency in your textures

You dont understand its better than a 2d block it doesent use any memory thanx to this script...It also allows the player to walk trugh it Just try it pleaz

I would.. but I'm not on my dev comp. I can't believe the numbers on your X10. I can only pull 8 frames a second on X10. But a modest 29 fps in X9. Time for a new comp.

Looks good, but need some transparency to achieve ultimate grassiness.

Why does life suck the life out of you?

you can make very real looking grass that doesn't damage the framerate in your game by uvm mapping 1 plane, texturing it, duplicating it the rotating it in different angles. This one was made by me (5 poly)
