Is it possible to do string comparisons in DBPro?

What I am trying to do is grab input from the user
and then do a switch on the input

I've tried searching the forum and help contents/tutorials.. but to no avail.

Does anyone have insight on this?

Do you mean 'if a$ = b$ then print "SAME"'?
