If you use the magic boxes, you will find the answers to all your questions. I would try typing "weapons creation"

I'll answer for him. You add joints to the weapon. You do this by clicking the Joint button in milkshape. You add a joint to the clip, to the gun, to the trigger, and, optional, the place where the ejection port. For the ejection port, model an empty bullet, put it off to a place the player can't see, then move the casing to simulate bullet ejection. every time you make a change you want, you hit "Set Keyframe."

It's a very long process. I rig all the time. And I have recently made a 20-rnd magazine M16A4/M4 and a 100-rnd drum magazine M16A4/M4.

EDIT: Nice name, Black Peter. I assume I'm getting coal in my stocking this year?

Why does life suck the life out of you?

@SecretiveOps I see from your post you used the magic boxes.Or you are just a natural. modeler. or you just talk, have you made a model?
You won't get any coal, but if you see a little donkey carving on you window sill. It will be the last thing you see...lol

You can make a weapon with any 3d modeling program

What you can do for animation is

1. Get milkshape
2. get fragmotion
3. in fragmotion, import a fpsc weapon similar to yours then save it as an .ms3d file
4. open it in milkshape, then import your own weapon model
5. scale your model to be the same size as the animated model, then place it in the same spot as the ready one.
6. remove the fpsc ready model, leaving only your weapon and the animation skeleton
7. assign the joints to the weapon
8. export as .x

Poloflece, not to be mistaken for polofleece, polar fleece or polar flece. But I like to go by Polo or PFG, SO GET USED TO IT!

I only can say: Making weapon is an interesting but very very hard work. It can't be talk in a few words. You need to know how to make a model. and how to make it moving in fps creator.and how to creat its icon, its multi_texture,and so on.The most important thing is keep trying. Then you will do better and better.
Good luck.

This is what I made.

@ born for games
in the real world you would not
have your hand on the magazine while shooting a sten gun
you would hold under the barrel.
