Hey all,

This is my first real entity, a Speed Cola machine from Nazi Zombies.

It will feature in my re-make of Der Riese (thread can be found by searching)

It works, but i'm currently working on a script to increase it's, how to put it, I guess cleaner would suffice.

If anyone could contribute a script, credit would be given.

I'm also about to start work on the Juggernog machine, so expect that soon!

Looks fine, but you took the textures right from the game, which isn't legal...

I researched into the legal stuff. This is what I got:

LEGAL STUFF:

I did research the copyright/trademark on Treyarch for Speed Cola. I failed to find a copyright/trademark as such that links Treyarch to Speed Cola, or it's design. Though I think one must exist, I came to the conclusion that if it's kept under the terms of the Copyright act (that being, it is not used for profit), there is no legal breach. My Der Riese re-make will be freeware, and credit to Treyarch will be given, which is in compliance with the Copyright Act.

It's not that your using the name Speed Cola or anything like that, it's that your using the artist's work.

Besides would it not look better to make your own?

I should note the copyright act covers artists too, but I won't start an arguement.

I am currently working on my own, this was more of a "I'm bored, let's do something" job. I listed it to be put into my Der Riese remake, and will probably scribble it out when my own is made.

I guess you could say it's just like a showcase model.
