So i try to divide two numbers, each floats, and it still divides as if they were integers. When i use the calc to divide 60 by 45, i get 1.3 so on. but dbp returns 1. and i dont round or anything weird, so



thats just an example, and returns 1...

quick help appreciated!

You're dividing two integers, so the DBpro will use an Integer division.

At least one side of the division operator needs to be a float, so then DBPRO will use a Floating point division between the two terms.




For casting variables/expressions see the FLOAT() function.
