first of all.

the great quality.
the more easy to use test game. it allows you to edit some quality ingame. which is very usefull.

All X9 model packs but Bond1's new ones work with x10.

I reject your stereotype of Wisconsin and, in fact, live in a city.

Ah yes.. The sort of Quality anyone has obtained in DirectX9 rendering engines! The glory!

Anyways, as of right now the only advantage FPSC X10 has is that it has some more shiny effects, Dark AI works a little bit better and the water looks less dreadful.

The good news however is, that if you HAVE FPSC X10, the same serial key will work for unlocking FPSC X9, meaning you can always switch between the two if you want to.
