Like the title, How do you reset the directory?

Edit: like if you have a folders called myproject and that has 2 folders mysomething and myother both folders contain 1 folder, yourfolder is in my other. and yourfile is in mysomething.

Now of course when you launch the app it will say line-- is improbable or impossible or something
but that is what my question is all about.
