are there any other lighting controlls in fps creator x9 built in other than ambient lighting on the keyboard < > like bloom or shadow fx like in x10? my main questions how do i make shadows and bloom IN FPS X9 EXAMPLE OF SHADOWS BELOW

I belive you can edit the engines config file for better results but what they did in the pic is pretty simple looks like. Basicly space your bulb out a bit of distance from the object giving light and set it to around 50 or so. Thats the advice I was given for lightmapping and it worked. I hope that helps. Still trying to completely understand bloom and all that jazz my self.

Setup.ini is the file you'll want to edit, increase the lightmap quality value to something like 50, or higher if you want. Beware that this causes longer builds and uses up more memory though.
Also, make sure to have FPSC closed while you're tinkering with setup.ini, otherwise the values will just be reset again.

There is that Ray mod that builds better lightmaps and don't use hardly any memory for lightmapping. Recomend you check it out.
