Hello.

I have CloudWright for the use of creating sky backgrounds. Is there a way I can use the backgrounds I create from CloudWright and use them in Dark Basic Pro?

Maybe.

You should be able to load the images - whether or not you can get the animation to work is a different question, and that may need a shader applied to the object you use for the sky.

Disclaimer: All of the above is guesswork, but seeing as you own CloudWright and can download and use the free version of DBPro, you're in the driving seat to find out for certain.
