That screen is everything besides realistic.

I am sure you havnt got such an big eye that would be bigger then the scope wich would simulate that what you see in the image.

But anyway. I think you mean ironsight on scope ? pretty much possible. Airmod.

But I would make it so that the edges showing the scene are as small as possible.

Airmod gives you the ability to use 3d Scopes

This simulates the scope moving with the player (gunlag) and with some normalmapping even beautiful glass "reflections".

I would suggest buying EAI's RPG-7 or M700 Rilfe from the store to see an example

But that wouldn't make whats in the scope larger. I guess there would be necessary with a combination of shader and sourcemodding.

Correct. I wonder why people still tell you to use it
Well, it solves the ironsight part, but not the zooming.

Do you know anything about shaders?

In FPSC we don't have multi-shader system,I mean you cannot set a shader for the gun and another one for the lens.

Have our guns was a mistake!!!

Actually, he probably wants both - a little bit of overall zoom, and then through the scope you'll have the proper zoom.

Either way, it requires either a shader or an additional camera rendered to a plane with a circular mask, for anyone interested in modding this in.

They have told you how to do this already. You must either Mod the source yourself to do it, create a very clever shader to do it, or wait for someone else to do it and then give it away (or sell it to you).

But, you honestly cannot expect us to do it for you.
