Hey Guys, i'm sure some of you have seen my ww2 zombies thread.
I was going to give the zombies out as I was able to get someof my stuff back thanks to Master Man of Justice.
I need your permission Bond to release the zombies as I used you Mob and Slow zombie animations to rig to the stock ww2 characters and then i retextured them as zombies.
Is that ok? I have two of the games now (soviet and japanese zombies) I will give those two games when theyre done uploading.

I am a little surprised that you think only now about getting permission from bond1 for the zombie animations. Seeing you using those in a commercial (=to be sold) game, I assumed you allready had a kind of business agreement with bond1.

So under these circumstances you where probably lucky, that some mysterious disaster prevented you from selling your game.

Since I know a little about how "fate" works, there are 2 possible outcomes:
1. You'll get bond1's permission and miracously recover 100% of your WW2 Zombie files.
2. You'll not get his permission and recover everything except for exactly the stuff you'll not be allowed to use commercially.

So in the end everything will fit perfectly together. Really cool how "fate" works.

Watch it, I don't mind people telling their opinion of someone and you may be right but other forum dwellers won't take to that lightly, so I suggest you edit it before someone else reads that

Yes that would be buying model pack 39.

To use his Zombie Animations? If he bought the pack, then he's fine...

I reject your stereotype of Wisconsin and, in fact, live in a city.

Yes this is fine with me - if you've bought the pack then you can use the animations however you want in your games or for other models - other than selling the animations on rigged characters for profit.

For example, you can't buy the pack, rip the animations, then rig them to other characters and sell them on the TGC Store as an example.

...I know full well what his reasons are, and I can totally empathize with his
decision.

I might have a clue about GJ's reasons and in my opinion it's a very smart decision for him to leave the FPSC community.

On the other hand, in the past GJ has been told us allready that he "moves on" (to work with a "better engine" etc.) on one or two occasions....and he always came back.

To be fair it's hard not to come back, I don't even really use any TGC product anymore and I still come around.
