I have finally got round to trying out Plant Life but...

Having exported the mesh it will not load with the texture (see attached). I have tried different models,textures and formats (.x/.dbo) and different model viewers but still no joy

Can someone check the model (attached) and offer any thoughts?

Habits can get you into trouble sometimes (unless you are a nun....)

Works fine for me using this code. Just make sure both object and texture are in the same folder, and you change the path to point at the object. (I left it out for simplicity)

This code loaded your model textured. However, it seems that there's also a texture used for a ground plane?

Thanks - and sorry for wasting your time.

I had tried MeshView & Andy Thorwall's 'My Model Viewer' to check the mesh - both normally 100% reliable.

Should've gone for third time lucky - ie actually load into DPB or use Cash's Model Viewer. Both reproduced your findings.

Habits can get you into trouble sometimes (unless you are a nun....)
