Mine Would Be:

1.The ability to do anything, anywhere, and anytime (including things not even imaginable by humans, like magic)
2.Babes
3.Money

I could gradually get fame through wish #1

My first wish would be for the ability to roll back time and take back anything I had ever done, while maintaining memory of the events that had transpired, that way if I screwed up the following two wishes I could just get a do-over...

My second wish would be that if anything caused me to lapse into a state that would render me unable to use my first wish, that that period of time would automatically be reset to a point in time where I would be able to avoid the situation completely.

And my third wish would be for the power to selectively nullify other people's wishes, so that I would act as a sort of wish counselor for any future granted wishes, with no time limit on my decision. That way I could yay or nay other peoples wishes for the rest of eternity, as well as take a cut on the ones that really interested me.

An infinate number of wishes of course.

If I couldn't do that and could only have 3 then

1. Never get hungry or thirsty
2. A wallet that always had local currency in it and never got empty.
3. Being able to do things and only experiancing the positive effects not the negative ones.

1- To legally own a nice, large mansion on a nice, large island that was all mine, legally within the USA, and have a well-paid, happy staff to care for the land and house.
2- To have college-level education in all the standard fields (math, physics, etc) and be able to quickly and permenantly learn anything I set my mind to... so that I could spend time normally spent getting a 'standard' education learning in more complex fields.
3- To have minor 'magical' mental ability in the classic form... altering reality in small ways by merely willing it to be. Small ways, mind you.

I wouldn't wish for babes, I like the challenge.

Wishing for money/infinate money would badly screw up the economy/inflation.

fame? I'm good enough to earn it

I have no idea what i'd wish for. Probably to know EVERYTHING. And I do in fact mean everything.

(1) To live as long as I wish (As far as normal age, disease, ect; though I would not care if I was still mortal as far as weapons against me are concerned)
(2) To excel at a strategy as Grand Admiral Thrawn (From the 3 book series: Hair to the Empire, Dark Force Rising, and the Last Command.
(3) To Own & Control The Super Star Destroy Eclipse (From Star Wars: http://galactic-voyage.com/Dark%20Side-Capital%20Ships-Eclipse%20Super%20Star%20Destroyer.htm) with a loyal and obedient crew to man it.

From there I would conquer earth and move on to other planets leaving one of my loyal crew members behind to represent myself on earth...

1)My kids to have an extremely happy life - my wife too, but she already got that - me

2) To be a football(soccer) player. I'm playing for England in the World Cup final against Germany (in Germany 2006), it's the last 30 seconds of extra time, I pick up the ball on the edge of the box nutmeg the onrushing defender, flick the ball up to about knee height, smack the sweetest volley in the history of football - GOAL - Germany 0 -England 1, we win World Cup(again).

3)The ability to drink more than 2 mugs of tea without a trip to toilet.

Hmm...

1) For my body to be perfect for any given needs or desires. (Or desires is special, cos those genies are tricky buggers sometimes...they might take this as an invitation to give you what you really need, which can be the opposite of what you want...)
2) To start a perfect society where all my friends can live happily without having to worry about Neds (Only Scottish folk will get that)
3) A bit geeky this one...to know everythign about computers, ever. To be super profficient in every programming language from STOS to C++.

Yeah, i'm a sad git. I put too much thought into these things.

I would tell the genie to go away because all things not earned have negative reprocusions no matter what you add to the actual contained parts to the wish, and because for anything to mean something you must earn it, like respect, respect doesnt mean much if you take it...

False, the very nature of wishes is to be negitive, didn't you ever read "The Monkey Paw"? In any case that wish is way to vauge to save you from anything.

Quote: "2) Control over time (stop, rewind, ff, play... like a vcr )"
You did say anything about changing time, if you try to go back in time you will just do what you did the first time, then once you reach the point where you went back in time you'll do it over again, create a pardox and nullify the universe.

As you can tell I've DM'ed a few wish spells.
