Hey guys,
I´m currently workin´on a new sci-fi game and so I had to make retextures of some scifi weapons.
Note: this is not my game!!!

you can if they are complete retextures and use none of the original texture, or very very little anyways.

You can leave the hands unmodified.
And as long as you have modified the weapons texture more than adding a symbol and changing colour of a part then you should be able to release them.

Maybe I make a big retexture pack of this.
Would you be interested?

So I have a problem.
All these weapons will use the bumpcubereflectalpha shader but on my new textured tavor it causes the the tavor to appear completly black.
Any help?

No idea, are you using .dds or .tga for the textures?

Hmm... I never used the bumcuberefletalpha when working with them.
Maybe someone else got a clue,

If I turn shaders of I can see the gun and have no problems.
Only if shaders are on and I use bumpcubereflect etc.

Oh I solved the problem.
The Diffuse and R whatever map were missing.
Will post it in a few min just have to correct some things.

I only see a change of colour and a red scope. Maybe I am wrong?

Try to put some more work to it Maybe make the weapon wooden or something

I like the new colours. In fact the original red/orange is very outdated(=sooo 90ies ) imo.

Yeah I will put more work into the Cybergun and don´t just make the texture blue.

i don't know if you'll be able to release it with just some more bumpmap, but nice idea.

wohh !!! i have an idea !! why dont you make the scope transparent ?

then people can use it has a reflexsight, woudn't that be great !!
