so say if i make a game out of fps creator x10 can i then use all the software that they have on fps creator like the 3d modeling softwares or other game develpoment too change it up too make it look better.

Yes. You just install them all onto the same PC.

But FPSC doesn't have 3D modelling software.

you can't like... drag and drop a 3d modelling program into FPSC, and there's no import pipeline, or 3d modelling programs that export directly for FPSC, but you can still make models and then use one of the many free entity makers around here to automatically generate a .fpe file for the model.
