I am running v1.7 of FPSC, and I have had games working perfectly well with FPSC in the past.
I've tried running the cleaner, but nothing has changed it.
I have created a level in the editor that I have done too much work on to just throw away.
This is the second or third time this has happened to me.

Whats the problem then?
I go testgame, or buildgame, everything works perfectly fine.
It takes a while on the building lightmaps part, because I have set the quality to the maximum value.
Its the part after this however. Normally it will freeze a little bit on here, 2-5 minutes at max.
'Waiting for threads to finish. (X) out of (Y)'
I leave it at this point, and come back half an hour later to find nothing at all has changed. Not even one of the numbers.

I have tried this with a variety of mods, including the original, Project blue, WASP mod, and FENIX mod.
All the same results.

Can somebody please help me out here?
This is putting me off of this engine too much.

Do you use lightmapping better for quality or better for speed?
(in the preferences screen)
You should choose better for speed the other is senseless, believe me.

I use speed.
Also, when I say I have changed it, I have done so under lightmapquality= in the setup.ini
