FPSC Classic Product Chat / Model Pack 3 missing shelves

I received the crazy model pack deal for FPSC and when I went through the Model Pack 3 M3 folder in the entity bank I found there weren't any shelves like advertised on the website.

I'm wondering if there is a problem with my model pack or if I made a mistake somewhere or if I am simply miss reading the situation entirely.

This was brought up a while ago, I cant remember what thread it was in.
I still am missing my shelves.
I payed good money for them, then I re-downloaded the pack to a new computer, and found they weren't there. This was at least a year ago.

Go to your order history and download the german version of the pack.
I'm surprised after this long, it still hasn't been fixed.
