What Mod should i get when 1.18 is released and the Mods get up to date? im looking for something that adds nice features, make it run faster, and one that does this without a whole lot of scripting.
I thought i saw someone mention that AirMod will become part of the stock updates, how would i get about using Airmods features?
Thanks in advance

Most of Airmod's features are either gunspec options (and require that the weapon be designed for use with Airmod) or scripting commands.

Someone posted a list of the new airmod commands somewhere, I think in the script board. There may also be a list somewhere in the update notes.

As for which Mod to get. Well, that's up to you, but since you've placed a requisite that there should be little scripting to get features working, that kinda puts RPGMod and PB out of the question. Not sure how much scripting is required for the features in WASP Mod, but that may be one to look into.
Just a note about RPGMod and PB, though. Most of their power comes out from scripting, but they do provide features that are either easily scripted, or easily setup in gunspecs/setup files.

Hope this is helpful for you.

Most of the current features of WASP are listed in the thread, but maybe I can give you a summery. When you say nice features, it really depends what you're looking for WASP offers compass, radar, multiplayer improvements, flashlights, gravity guns, body armour ,performance increases and an additional entity cull system allowing you to tweak your levels for that little bit of extra speed. All of these can be used with little or no addittional scripting as scripts are made available.

Like all mods, you get out of it what you put in. While we aim to make WASP as user friendly as possible, we are adding a wide range of commands which will require scripting to get the best out of it. The new RND commands, the additional rawtext features and in the next release a whole new range of more complex commands which, we think will add to the engine but will require some work on the users part to get the best out of.

Currently, as far as I'm aware, WASP is the only mod using the V1.18 source code, but I imagine that the other mods will be updated at some point.

I hope that's helped.

Yes you can, but please make sure you follow the WASP installation instructions as you need a couple of extra files which are all included in the download.

WASP also has a temporary fix for the V118.3 build game bug.

Any problems, post on the offical thread and we'll do what we can to help.

There are install instructions in the manual in the download and it's also available as a seperate download on the website.
