A few things to check:
1) Are the lights set to Dynamic? They must be to be switched off an on.
2) Is the name of the light in the trigger zones if used field?
3) Is the trigger's script set to 'plrinzoneifused.fpi' ?
4) Is the light's script set to 'light1.fpi' ?

Check these and post your results.

C++ is labourless... if your name starts with 'L' and ends with 'ee'.
