Featureing:
Rocks
Flowers
Toadstools
Weeds

This pack os obviously free. I used Plant Life to produce various sizes and shapes of common plants, rocks etc. for everyone to enjoy. You can use the pack for backdrops or props in all of your games. Feel free to use the pack in any type of game (commerical or regular use). Please give credit if you decide to distribute the pack on your websites. Thank you.

Everything is FPSC ready and you can alter the plant etc textures as you desire to meet your games needs. Designed to be drag and drop into your enity bank. All textures and files our included.

Install:
Extract and place Old Schools Plant Pack 1 Folder inside your enity bank folder and load FPSC. Tested using Project Blue v1.17 9. All models have been optimized using fragmotion to insure they will not produce lag. Special thanks to Starmind and others in the forms for helping me test the collision mode. If you set them to Dynamic, you will be able to walkthrough the plants etc.

Correct me if i am wrong, but i thought things you have created with plantlife. may not be sold or given away. its only for your own game.

The plants do not have to be dynamic to have no collision and i think SanXL is right because u didnt make one of these textures and the shrooms have big gaps which looks bad up close.

I hope someone can clear this up. because i also have plantlife/treemagik and wanted to make some models for this community along time ago. it stopped me because i read somewhere on this forum that was not allowed.

If its the case then maybe we can all have free plant and tree models, we just get one person to buy it. Come on now is there no license that came with the software?

Yes there is a license, and Old School has chosen to blatantly ignore it.

CLEARLY this is a breach of the software's license. Simliar to a model pack, you can use it as you wish for your own use in projects, but cannot freely ditribute the content to others.

Section A1: A1) Media produced by this application cannot be used within Media package kits or bundles.

Also:

Aliencodec ("Licensor") grants you, the licensed end user ("Licensee") a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and modify the Software subject to the terms and conditions of this License Agreement.

i.) Subject to the limitations specified in this Agreement, Licensee is permitted to use and modify the Software, or Images contained therein, to prepare derivative works in finished designs for personal use or use in commercial projects such as advertising, promotional brochures, disposable packaging, web sites), multimedia projects, client presentations, newspapers and newsletters.

I'm not sure Old School is around anymore..
If any of you guys were around for some of the troubles that happened in another thread, with some heavy flame against another member, he announced he was leaving.
I haven't seen him on here in a few days, which frankly, is strange for what he was like.

By the way, Bond, I sent you an email.

perhaps tgc can confirm this ?
i am sure one of those licences have been changed
as when i purchased treemagik and plant life and 1 of these
did have a free licence to distribute,? i have someware a copy
of the old licence perhaps i was wrong but i know perhaps the licence has now changed on the advertised software.?
or perhaps treemagik licence is misunderstood (Commercial and Freeware license included as standard usage)

Old_School, I'd like to have a private discussion with you. Do you have an e-mail address? If you don't want to share it then you could e-mail me first, so I can reply?

Edit: Never-mind, I've worked it out.

C++ is labourless... if your name starts with 'L' and ends with 'ee'.
