Hello I have FPSC X9 and I wonder what "Project Blue" can do can you guys post link to "Project Blue" and also is there any way to reduce weapon slots to just 2 slots?

You mean a link to a download or a link where to find it?
Search for Project Blue here on the forum and you will get to the place to buy it.

And I dont know about your second question. Try searching.
