SplatterSpawn 2.0 contains many bug fixes as well as many brand new and improved features from the original SplatterSpawn 1.0. So you may be asking – what are these improvements? More importantly, what new features make you want to use and sell your media on SplatterSpawn 2.0?

1. A new and improved website “experience”.
The new template provides much easier navigation around SplatterSpawn.
2. Point System
Say goodbye to the store credit and in with the Point System. The new point system offers many more capabilities - including buying, donating, and winning bonus points.
3. Much more “marketplace” environment
On the new SplatterSpawn, anyone can sign up to become a vendor, and all vendors get 100% of the profits. No more money taken from you for ANYTHING! All of it is yours.
4. Product Verification
SplatterSpawn 2.0 contains much more safety in its products. Every product is verified and is guaranteed to work in FPSC or its respected engine before being put onto the store…so no need to worry about purchasing a false product anymore!
5. No more waiting!
If you were a vendor on the old SplatterSpawn, you probably knew it was a nuisance to wait until the end of the month to get your payment. Now you can get your payment whenever you want! Just submit the Request Payment link and see your points arrive in the next 24-48 hours.
6. Exclusive Products
SplatterSpawn 2.0 contains many exclusive products and prices that you won’t find anywhere else!

FAQ:

Q. If I publish models in the store can I sell my models elsewhere?
A. For sure! You are simply selling your models via our service. You keep all rights to the models and are just selling via the store on a non-exclusive basis.

Q. What is the relationship of actual cash to points?
A. One US Dollar cent = 1 point. So $20 gets you 2,000 points.

Q. How are the prices set?
A. You set your own prices!

Q. What's the profit split?
A. 100/0 - You getting the 100!

Q: Can I track sales?
A: Currently no, but very very soon yes.

Q. Can I upload other people's models?
A. No, only models you have 100% copyright.

Q. If my model is placed on the TGC Store or in a TGC model pack can I still upload it on your store?
A. Yes. We have privately contacted Rick about this, and through TGC are completely non-exclusive deals, allowing you to upload your media even on our store!

Q. Are there any rules for product uploads?
A. Mostly their aren't any rules but a few do exist.

Entities/Segments/Mods & Apps - Must include a picture of the product
Audio & Voice/Scripts - Do not have to have a picture. Audio uploads must include a preview up to 60 seconds.

Q. How do I buy points?
A. It's done in 3 easy steps:
1. Sign up.
2. Click on Buy Points
3. Select your amount, and click buy!


*note, only problem we are currently having is setting up a statistics part of the site, so currently you won't be able to see your sales stats.

-Uploading a Product,

Click on the top left link, "Product Management" and it's pretty much self explanatory from there. When your product is created it will NOT show up right away. All products need to be verified first. This is a safety feature. They should show up within 24 hours of the time it was submitted.

- Getting your money,

Click on the top left link, "Request Payment".

*you may not request money more than once a week.*

Guide for getting free points!


1. Become a user. New users start out with 25 free points!
2. Click on Points Overview under the My Profile menu and click on Edit profile and set up your birthday. You get a free 50 Points on your birthday.
3. More coming soon!

A thing I didn't like was if a free files is to be added,the price in the field must be written as "FREE" instead of 0.It's more logical to be numeric ... well atleast for me(Although both options would be good).

You don't have to upload stuff to sign up. And it's super easy to signup on this SplatterSpawn...unlike the old one!

Looking good. Currently i'm at my dads house so i cant upload my sci fi shuttle, but a test ingame and it looks very nice, Bond's shader 3.0 really makes it stand out.

edit: for the birthday thing, make sure you catch people who abuse that feature by changing there birthday everyday to the next day so they get the free 50 points.

Don't worry they can't. Once they get the points they can't get them again for another year, even if you change it.

Yup, don't worry about the preview sound being .mp3 anymore. It can be anything and I can get it to play now! So that feature is about done.

Yes, because they have to be approved. We make it like this because, somebody could upload some pornographic sound and we might not see it for a while.

New feature added!


No need to go through the long process of adding a free file to the cart. No need to even login to get a free file. You can get the direct download to a free file right on the product page!

I'm having a problem uploading my camouflage pack that was on SplatterSpawn v1. I keep getting an internal server error. I have pictures, and the .rar of camouflages, but it doesn't work. I'm using FireFox, so possibly using a different browser will work?
Edit: Did not work...
