Hi. I am new to all this and just started using the basic examples in FPSC. One thing really bugs me, no matter what I put the player speed (default is 100, I tried numbers as large as 8000) the player still runs extremely sluggish. I am used to games where you run pretty fast (FPS like CS, Combat Arms etc) and I want my player to be able to move faster. It could be lag since my computer isnt that good but I doubt it, I get roughly 20-30 fps while trying the examples.

Also there seems to be no way to change gravity/friction for the player, while other entities can be changed this way?

And I really tried to search for this. Speed, player speed, similar tags doesnt give me anything useful unless info about how to change them with scripts. As for gravity etc I havent found anything good about it as well.

So kindly point me in the right direction!

If I recall, the speed does change, but the player physics entity still accelerates at the same slow pace.
