FPSC Classic Product Chat / Segment editor wont save

I made by own segment in 3D Max9 and saved it as a x file.
Now when running the Segment editor tool and having imported the x file, I can't save it.

file type comes up empty and each time a try to save it, no file is created, and no errors reported.

Anyone knows?

fps at the end of the file name
