I don't see anything that even remotely stands out as a shadow in the
screenshot, though.

Maybe make it not so dark its hard to see any dynamic shadows in a dark room.

"Showcasing newly found dynamic shadows" you just said yourself that they are not new, and there static not dynamic. Very misleading this thread should be locked. We all should know how to get static shadows unless your a noob -.-

I've had FPSC for 3 years but haven't used it much until lately... And everything I've tried, ( adjusting the setup file)
Doesn't work as my computer sucks.
I hate Macs.

ohk ive done that but nothing ever changes the lighting in my test games.. its always light in it.. like the default lighting, how to i remove that so its only the lights ive placed?

Open up fpsc creator, open file, click on build game, click the level settings tab, click edit beside global script, than scroll down until you see ambiance level, red, green, and blue, change these all to 0 to get no light. i normally have them around 3.

Hope that was what you were looking for

I got it to work. Check out my entry in the ScreenShot contest #15 I'm actualy quiet happy with the lighting
