Hi!

I wanted to know, if there are any techniques of moving chest, contracting ABS, etc. like:

This is idle stance.

And when i would look down, the stick would propely contract down.

Sample when i look up.

So are there any techinques of making it? Thanks

If you set your object up with bones, you can do this easily with the limb commands.
