How do you get down from a Camel?

You don't, you get down from a duck

How do you get down from a duck?

Van-B's dinosaur takes the combat dice and jams them into Rob's penguins eyes for 8d32 damage.

A van is driving down a road going 70 MPH, there is a suitcase, a bowling ball, and a duffle bag straped to the roof. The driver aproaches a sharp turn to the left, which will fall first?
