Well thanks, but like I said - don't lose hope, just try to use my screen as a checkpoint of sorts to exceed. Anyone could beat me, they just have to try and not give up.

Now if Wolf were in this competition.... Wow that's a nightmare isn't it lol - we'd all lose for sure.

@ Anayar;
Thanks for that, Ill put it in the list, also, I replied with another question

Everyone,
Another prize has just been added to the list for the Hosts pick.
Should you be the lucky one to receive this position, you will now be entitled to a copy of Anayar's overlay pack, courtesy of, well, Anayar

There are still a few days left to finalize any entries, or submit new ones.
Also, I'd appreciate if anyone has any ideas or thoughts for the next competition, that they could throw them around in here, to see what others think. With enough feedback on them, I can get the next compo up as soon as this one is over.

Its starting to get tough to judge now, so I wish you all good luck!

now this is going to be a reallly tough competition. I think we may have to bring in a secondary judge.
We'll work that out when the time comes, but great job to everyone so far.
Nice entry there CrossHair, Gencheff, hope to see an entry from you

Sure is, however, I would advise you to make them a little more... visible.
Just so the processing by the judge(s) goes better. If you want to bother with making that change.
Its great as is.

Great looking entries DeathCow and Deevos, Ill add you two to the list.
I may have to start rejecting entries soon if any more enter xD

I decided, what the hell, I may as well make up a quick entry.
So here we are. Its kind of fallout inspired I guess.

Ok, obviously, that wont be getting judged at all.
but now, for a quick little notice

NOTICE:
Due to the amount of entries, a THIRD judge is needed to help pick the final winners.
The original judges (Myself and DarkFragger) will pick 2-3 of our favorite entries each, and the final judge will pick one out of each judge's select few. Thus, the new judge will basically be determining the winners.

The following is what your final screens will be judged on.
1. Contains the required stock element at a suitable visibility.
2. Stays within the original contest theme of SciFi
3. General look/feel of the atmosphere
4. Lighting
Your screens will NOT be judged if they do not contain the stock element, or portray to the theme of this competition.

Should you be a very lucky winner, details for your prizes, and how to claim them will be emailed to the address listed on your forum profile at the bottom of each post.

Also, if anyone can donate any other prize at all, it would be much appreciated, as the prizes don't sit the same with the talent shown by many of you here.
An alternative prize, will go to the Judge's pick, to pick the next theme of the pack. The host (me) must approve before the theme before the thread will be created.

Well, Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls, entries for this competition will close in 30 hours.
If you wish to edit your picture, please do so ASAP, and post it in a new post.
For any new entries, I urge you to get this in as soon as you can also.

So remember, 30 hours remaining to enter, A third judge is needed, and the judging criteria has now been posted.
This has worked out perfectly so far.
Good luck to you all.

Can I post two images?! And I can offer a prize if I can still compete if I do.
My prize would be 3 weapons of choices, created and the rigged to EAI hands, by me
So, if I donate that can I still compete? And can I do two images?

Hmmm...
Ok, since there is only a few hours left, Ill allow you to get one together.
Note that only one of your images will be judged though.
Its up to the judges to pick which one they decide to put into the runnings.
This is the only time this will ever happen.

In regards to the prize, are you offering it to Hosts pick, or Judge's pick?

which reminds me.
To avoid any confusion, next competition, there will just be a judge or two, and a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. Each place will have a respective prize those contender will be named, but none below.

ohk, so the judges will pick the best one to enter?

um, my prize can be offered to which ever one you want, or both.
but if its for both, then ill do one weapons of there choice and one new weapon that they both get, so theyd get two. Yah, i think ill do for both
So for the prizes put,
2 Guns By Crosshair Games, One of your choice

@Dark James
This is the third accusation you have made against me in this thread, all of them I have stated.
It is also stated in the first post, that I, or the other judge may enter, but it isnt alowed to be placed in the winnings in any way at all.

Please, just next time actually read the posts..

Not long now

Also, guys, could I get some feedback to take in for the next competition?

How are the prizes?
The time given?
The way things are judged? (next compo will be judged differently, with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places.)
The way it all feels?
And of course, ideas for themes you would like to see.

Alright everyone, just letting you all know, that entries are now closed.
You can still put up a screen if you want something to do, but, it will not be allowed into the judging process.
Within the next 24 hours, all Judges and myself will of came to our decision, and we will post the results then.

In the meantime, I urge you all to discuss what was mentioned in my previous post.

There have been some really great entries, and like we have said throughout, it is certainly going to be a tough call.
That feedback is important to me, so I know how to go about the next competition.
The new thread for the next compo will be up in about a weeks time.
You'll be hearing from me again soon, with some results and prizes to hand out
