So I live in GA and I was snowed in for a week. During that time I made the following models.
They will be realesed soon. Not sure if they will be free. Probably will. And also im not sure of the textures yet.
Poly count range from 1200-2300

Not sure if I will use this one

All of them

Hey nice models! I'm making a scifi gun pack too (for fpsc). But the texturing could use a little work, it looks a little flat. They also look a tad blocky (but thats just me )

Yes, but the design of the gun is actually suppossed to be blocky looking. I can model in blender but I use google sketch up because I am familiar.

@Eminent
As stated above. The poly count ranges from 1200-2300.

wow thats pretty high considering what your displaying. Not to put you down but ive seen (stylized or not) much more detail with that many polys on other models. I think you have the right idea but they still need some work. But as far as selling them i think you might still be a ways off. If you trying to create models to sell i still think that sketchup is for non comercial use only and that means that you cannot commercially benifit from it and you might as well dump it. Remember though im not a legal expert and honestly there might be some other people that tell you different... but the only place you can find the true answer is the sketchup terms of use. So... that said read up and find out what your allowed to do.

sketchup pro- always been commercial
sketchup free- v5 and v6 commercial use. v7 and v8 personal only.
anyways I agree with primal. most of it looks like a cardboard cutout extruded. But thats how I started. keep working at it and you will be there in no time.
