I'm actually encountering the same problem with the models especially guns. I have the texture imported but it always turns out to be just one single color instead of the full color range of the model.

This is the same with weapons. It will have the texture with the VWEAP and on the pick-up but once the player is holding the weapon, the weapon has no texture at all.

The other thing is with weapons' geometry that will either display a different weapon's geometry or won't even show up at all and acts as if though there isn't even a weapon (no sounds, no texture, scopes etc.) but it is still counted in a slot for weapons.

I really need some help!!!

Can you show me the gun's folder and the fpe? What it sounds like is you have had either multiple textures or you have exported with a different texture assign to the mesh. I would suggest using fragmotion to see what the model is doing and make sure all is done there before going to fpsc.

if you are using blender to make your models you will experience that issue
