DarkBASIC Professional Discussion / Registration problem can anyone help

I've downloaded my DarkBasic Pro and registration worked perfectly fo it.Then I downloaded my Darklights and registration failed with the darklights registration key/ same with darkphysics. Can any1 help?

You copied you keys from the account page and pasted them into the registration box in DBPro?

Remebered to enter the correct email for the product?
(I know I have 2 accounts with different product keys in each one)

Other than that, with the limited info supplied, I don't know.
