I want to recreate Undermountain which is really huge. I also want to make it multiplayer. I was wondering if this would be possible.
Another question is if it is possible to import 3d Studio Max meshes into FPSC.

Here is a picture of the Undermountain.

1. If you broke it into many smaller maps for the campaign, that would work.
2. You also need to brek into many smaller maps in multiplayer. Though it would be possible. Warning: the fpsc Mulitplayer IS NOT very good. With mods you are still limited to team deathmatch. And I believe only 18 players.
3. No, but using wings 3d, which is free, you could import it and then export it as directx, which the the model type fpsc can handle.

I meant using mods. PB and Wasp increase the max player limit to 18. And thank you Keith. There are MANY programs to convert the file type.

He's referring to the panda exporter which is a Max plug in and is well known to most Max users, even TGC use it for the model packs since day one and suggest its use in the tutorials for export, its been around in many forms for years now.
Meaning your dont need any other programs to convert from Max.
If you dont know for sure dont respond to the question, I see a lot of authorative answers around the forums these days which are completely wrong.

As to the ambition of the OP's original question, without some real modeling skills and FPSC experience of whats possible I would most definately break that level up into several I wouldn't tackle a single level that huge.
