Technically; probably, if you want to do all the exporting work. Rigging in unity is different to FPSC; in fact Unity (esp. v3) is just a whole different ballgame, chalk and a large part of the output of Holland spring to mind.
Licence-wise, it will be a very different picture, especially with the third party developers.
Last thing; given what Unity can do, the models and polys it can cope with, using FPSC media, great though it is in its intended engine must be a bit of a backwards leap.
However, you'll have good reasons, so good luck, but watch that licensing very carefully.

IIRC the stock models and model packs can be used in other engines as long as you are making a game. As for assets from the GCS, I think you would have to email the author and get permission.

I look forward to seeing anything you make in Unity, as I look forward to seeing what is produced by members of the community who moved onto Unity.

It's probably still best to email support to get an official answer. Some of the Model Pack purchase pages have this (or similar):

Quote: "Once purchased the media has been packaged in such a way to enable you to enjoy the content immediately within FPS Creator. This pack can also be used with other applications such as DarkBASIC Professional, however users of other applications or development languages will need to extract and convert the files for use themselves."

not all the model packs say this though, so it's best to check.

That seems to refer to the games you make with FPSC, not what you do with media outside FPSC.

I could be wrong, but that's my reading. Always best to check with the creator.
