For a game I'm thinking of making I want to make a river section, how would I do this?

It wouldn't really be a river segent...

Either get 1.18 beta, or wait for the actual update. It'll have good water.

Until then, there's plenty of tutorials on making good water in the forum. Just use the search bar.
