I once used a bit map to make an interactive menu to put onto a 3D object, dose any one have any ideas how to refine this as I need some help.

I'd love to have time to play around with this more, but if I do it will set my project back a lot, so if any one is up for helping me I will be most grateful, any examples, code or help files will be of great use, thanks in advance.
