i remodelled the alien head - my question is: is this still "extremely recognisable" (rule 16)?
please dont just compare it with the alien from the media package - compare it also with the alienware logo, because the original alien modell was modelled from the logo. (sorry for bad english)

That's a very cool head ... I think when they say make it easily recognisable they mean don't turn it into a giraffe or something. But that is blatantly an alien.

Great one atair, nice work ...nicer than the original one i would say but also way more polygoons.

I would say YES, it is still recognisable but your question is directed in wrong way, you have to ask somebody from iniciators of competiton.

Looks very nice - we'll allow this for sure.

Cheers,

Since it's only a head it wont ocupy more than about 100 by 100 pixels on the screen so you won't need a texture that big either. Try scaling it down a bit. 128 * 128 may be more appropriate.
